However, we feel it is lacking key ingredients such as Valerian Extract and Passion Flower which are well-known for their anti-anxiety effects. The exclusion of a separate nighttime formula is also disappointing, especially as drowsiness is mentioned as a possible side effect of this product. It is also a very expensive product with a bottle only lasting two weeks at the most, less if you take the upper limit of capsules a day. This is why this product fell to our #3 spot.
